Our customers have the peace of mind of being able to deal with a specific Project Manager who will oversee the project from start to finish and who can be contacted on a one to one basis to provide consistency and assurance that the building works are being carried out to schedule and high quality at all times.

Montana Building Services can provide all tradesmen and services required but if a customer prefers to work with their own choice of tradesmen, we are happy to work alongside anyone you choose.
Once we have provided you with a written quotation detailing all works and prices, we guarantee that these will not change giving you the peace of mind to work with your required budget. At the same time, if the customer wants to add extra details to the project as time progresses, we are also happy to accommodate this.
We will ensure that on the agreement of the quotation we will provide a fully detailed payment plan which will be paid at every stage of the works allowing you to see the works progressing and giving you the reassurance we appreciate are needed.
